Project Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Project Engineer in the Pontiac, Michigan area.
The Project Engineer is going to be responsible for the release of technical/deliverables such as layouts, sequence sheets, cylinder/switch layouts, etc.
They will be working with project team members in exchange of information, discussing work orders in terms of scope, price, and delivery time.
The Project Engineer will also be studying and analyzing the orders and consulting with the client, project manager, internal departments, and suppliers while resolving any issues that may arise.
Other responsibilities include:
Approval, Rejection, and release of designs and purchase elements including technical release of order forms after assessment of all technical specifications.
Providing technical advice to the project team.
Taking measures to prevent any overrun of the schedule.
Evaluation of delivered tooling and purchase elements to determine adherence to specificationPercentage Breakdown (Can vary depending on the phase of each project):
- 25% Week at plant and taking measurements and doing validation of way equipment is operating- 25% Making sure that the purchased items are getting to right spot on shop floor- 25% Customer deliverables- 25% Miscellaneous- Gone through a complete cycle with a project- Someone that can eventually work into a Project Manager role- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant experience- 3-5 years of experience in operational experience -- dealing with design, manufacturing, build, install and the flow of those -- design and build of equipment- Experience in automation and robotics -- systems that spot weld automotive body parts -- exposure in spot welding and robotics- CAD experience (autocad, solidworks, catia, nx)- Excel being able to do calculations- Really wanting to learn and develop into a project manager eventually Recommended Skills Auto Cad Automation Automotive Industry Cad Catia Calculations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
