Employee - Permanent People & Culture HR Manager With people at the fore front of everything you do, your role will be to support the store management and in-store P&C team to drive the people agenda and support the business of getting the right people in the right place at the right time and to drive the P&C strategy to ensure the effective operation of the store.
You will ensure best practice and compliance, have knowledge of employment law and be an excellent organizer with great PC skills and experience in using recruitment and HR systems all with great attention to detail.
On a daily basis, you will lead and be involved in employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, payroll and attendance.
A big part of your role will be to implement a learning culture through self-development, consistent feedback and management of all in-store training.
Working various shift patterns to suit the business needs you can communicate well at all levels and thrive in a fast paced environment, Your positivity and resilience will empower others and show a determination to achieve results Think youre a good fit for this role? You will need a Bachelors degree in Business or a related field with an HR focus, experience managing a large non-exempt employee base and 8
years experience in HR.
Your strong experience in employee relations as well as commercial aptitude is critical.
Youll also be expected to work a flexible schedule within our retail environment.
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
