UWM is looking for self-starters for our Mortgage Operations teams! You'll help make sure loan documents are handled quickly, correctly and on time.
What You Should Know:
8-hour shift, Monday - FridayRequires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI$500 sign-on bonus WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Achieving daily production goalsAccurately entering dataBuilding relationships with clients and team membersFollowing rules to keep all customer and loan information safe and privateManaging phone calls from clients and internal team membersSupporting the loan process from start to finishVerifying that all loan information is correct and completeWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
High school diploma or equivalentKnows how to use typical office tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Google DocsGreat attention to detailExceptional communication and customer service skillsTHE PLACE & THE PERKS:
