UWM is looking for self-starters for our Mortgage Operations teams! You ll help make sure loan documents are handled quickly, correctly and on time.
What You Should Know:
8-hour shift, Monday Friday
Requires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI
$500 sign-on bonus
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Achieving daily production goals
Accurately entering data
Building relationships with clients and team members
Following rules to keep all customer and loan information safe and private
Managing phone calls from clients and internal team members
Supporting the loan process from start to finish
Verifying that all loan information is correct and complete
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knows how to use typical office tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Google Docs
Great attention to detail
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
