On top of your starting salary, a role as an Underwriter sets you up for success right out of the gate with up to $20,000 in potential incentives Must-Knows This is an 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday This position requires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Collect, review and examine an applicant's financial history and records Perform risk assessment reports Analyze client's financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur Provide elite service to internal and external clients Communicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker Owners Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Bachelor's Degree, associate degree OR 1
