As the Operations Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service by managing the scheduling process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling Service Appointments:
you will be the mastermind behind our calendar coordinating with clients to schedule service appointments.
Assigning Work Crews:
Once appointments are booked, you will assign them to the appropriate work crews based on availability, location, and skill set.
Managing the Schedule:
Scheduling and keeping the schedule organized for the team will be your top priority.
You'll monitor progress, anticipate potential scheduling conflicts, and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Attention to Detail:
Precision is key in this role.
You will meticulously track appointments, update schedules, and communicate any changes to the relevant crews.
Communication:
You will serve as a primary contact between clients and work crews.
