Description:
The Dynamics CRM Technical Lead is the single point of technical responsibility for Dynamics CRM projects that are executed through the Pontiac Applications Delivery Center (ADC). This role will interface with the Americas MS Dynamics practice and the Pontiac ADC leadership team. The following are the expectations for this role:
Practice Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership for the ADC Delivery Practice.
Define the Dynamics CRM development tools and environment for the ADC Delivery Practice
Define the Dynamics CRM development and management processes for the ADC Delivery Practice
Support new pursuits and business including the development of estimates
Assist in the hiring and development of the ADC Delivery Practice developers
Project Responsibilities:
Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented
Work with other key architecture roles to ensure the technology is being applied to meet the business objectives (Applications Architect, Data Architect, etc.)
Lead team in the building of Dynamics CRM solutions that meets requirements.
Provide the technical direction of the project
Oversee end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, the reuse of technical assets,
Assign work to the technical team
Mentor and coach Dynamic CRM developers and team members
Manage the day-to-day technical work of the development team
Work closely with the Program/Project Managers to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, changes, etc.
Participate in daily leadership calls, stand-ups, can outline performance of technical team
Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner
Establish the criteria related to the release process for the team in promoting code to the appropriate environments and monitor the promotion of such code so it is in line with the processes described in the Configuration Management Plan
Ensure teams have access to the Configuration Management Plan and use the approved Configuration Control tool
Participate in all work product review sessions described in the Quality Plan to ensure compliance with the technical design.
Ensure the Developer invites a subject matter expert that is knowledgeable about the system change to any conformance review o remove this?too low of a level for a job posting
Coach and mentor the technical team in the development of the project from a technical perspective
Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project
Provide technical subject matter expertise for the technical delivery processes and implementation. This may include, but is not limited to, informal meetings with team members on technical strategy of project; attendance at status meetings with customer entities as requested: review and involvement in all technical work product reviews
Collaborate with the Configuration Management Specialist to define configuration management processes and procedures for configuration items (code, configuration settings, etc.)
Participate in Work Product Reviews as referenced in the Project Quality Plan
Education/Experience Requirements: MUST HAVE
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Key Technical Skills:
.NET Development
Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM application capabilities and COTS implementations
MSD CRM 2011
Expertise with MS Dynamics CRM development and its integrations/add-ons
Portal Development
SharePoint experience
SSIS
Some Biz Talk (optional)
Web Services
Visual Studio or Team Foundation Server
Experience with an automated requirements management tool
Experience with company ALM suite is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
