Print Advertising, Outside Sales Pro Needed
Box Top Advertising Inc.(BTA) specializes in specific and strategic advertising campaigns designed to help companies advertise, market and brand themselves on a local level. Beginning in Delaware in 2009, BTA has expanded its program to over 26 States and 3 countries. Our mission is to provide all of our clients with the most cost effective direct marketing program while delivering their message directly into the homes of their current and potential customers. We seek 1 person to develop and maintain an exclusive territory in the local market as an Advertising Consultant.
Job Summary
The Advertising Sales Consultant will conduct the business development, sales and marketing of the BTA program. Once the territory has been established, the role becomes more of an account and territory manager, maintaining existing relationships while building new business as needed.
This is a 'work from home' sales role. A majority of the time is spent in the field building the territory in a business to business sales environment. The sales cycle of our product is very short and almost all sales are made on the first or second visit to the client, typically within the same week. This is a 100% commission 1099 role. Commissions are paid weekly. First year income expectation is $50,000-$55,000 plus room to grow as the territory matures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seek out pizzeria partners to participate in our free marketing program
- Sell advertising space to companies in the surrounding businesses community
- Effectively communicate with clients, design team and company hierarchy
- Follow up with clients via face to face, email, phone calls
- Attend daily morning conference calls
- Consistently update and maintain sales reports
- Deliver results and meet deadlines
- Build and maintain the market area's client portfolio
Experience and Requirements:
- 5+ years Print Advertising Sales Experience (or sales experience in a related field) will move to the front of the line!!
- Proven sales track record in a business to business environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in a work from home environment - Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently a MUST
- Computer, printer, scanner and mobile phone, as well as competency in their use
- Positive, professional, go-getter mentality
- 30-35 field hours a week, 5-10 home office hours a week
- Ability to consistently set and hit deadlines by prioritizing tasks

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
