Trouble-shoot tickets and alerts.
Resolve if possible, escalate to L3 if necessary.
Perform routine basis sustain functions (such as: Non-production Transports and Restarts, Backup & Output Management Scheduling and Administration).
Provide support for SAP Basis projects with L3 guidance (such as: non-production aspects of Upgrades, Migrations and Landscape Architectural Changes).
University Degree, 2-3 years of experience of SAP Basis preferred.
Candidates with 2-3 years of Systems or Database Administration, and some exposure to SAP will be considered
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
